Fish Fried Rice.

Hello all you food lovers,

You’re in For a real treat, this is one of my tasty fried rice dishes. I’ve got many different flavors of fried rice that I prepare and this one is my fish fried rice. 

Fish Fried Rice.

Here are the ingredients that I use to make this delicious fish fried rice.

6 Scrambled eggs, 1/2 chopped onion, Three thick slices of salami chopped up,

4 cups of rice cooked from the previous day, One cup of mixed vegetables, Quarter cup of water,Quarter teaspoon of onion powder, quarter teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sweet chili sauce,Quarter teaspoon of turmeric,Quarter teaspoon of curry, 1 tablespoon olive oil, One can of any flavored sardines.
Note: If You don’t have sardines a quarter teaspoon of fish paste will do the trick.
Directions:
Fry your onions and salami first, then add your eggs and scramble. When cooked put in a bowl. Now start to fry your rice, add your spices when cooked add to the bowl. Now you can cook your mixed vegetables with a quarter cup of water.
It is time now to add all your ingredients together in the frying pan and continue to cook. Now you can add your soy sauce and your sweet chili sauce. Stir this up while you are cooking on a medium heat. Now it will be time to add your can of sardines or fish paste. Make sure to stir it in really good so it will spread the fish flavor into the rice dish really good for maximum taste.
Now all you have to do is sit down and enjoy this tasty fish fried rice.
